EDA is a powerful encryption program that is used to encrypt and decrypt data.

EDA encrypts the data and shreds the original file. File shredding is a method of wiping your file clean. EDA uses a 10 pass file clearing method. The only way the original data can be restored is by decrypting the encrypted file.

EDA uses blowfish encryption. You can create your own encryption key or the system will generate a key for you by clicking the key button. Using your own key provides an extra measure of safety.
